In over 25 years of business, Capital One had never had a Brand Book before - an artifact that brings together the history, culture, personality, strategy, target audience, value proposition and differentiators. We wrote and designed this book with the intent that it would be the single document that defines who Capital One is and what they exist to do. Its primary use is for internal associates and partners.
