In 2020, we developed Capital One’s first Illustration Guidelines - taking an approach that focused not just on the specifics of style but on why we go to illustration as a brand and when it makes the most sense. Additionally, we used these guidelines to push the boundaries of how we represent the rich diversity of the lives of our customers.
