Capital One / Eno
In 2017, Capital One launched its first intelligent assistant, Eno. Eno is a genderless chatbot who helps customers manage their finances through simple text message exchanges. My team was tasked with helping name the chatbot and creating its visual identity. Our goal in developing the logo and avatar for Eno was to create a solution that intuitively communicated Eno's purpose as a chatbot and felt approachable and trustworthy. Eno was released at SXSW in 2017 with great success and its role continues to grow and expand at Capital One. Our next project with Eno will be to develop its voice and personality through animation.
